Ronald is a development professional with 14 years experience working with international development organisations on public health programs. He started his career with ChildFund International and later joined Operation Eyesight Universal, where he managed eye health programs across Kenya, and worked with funders such as the International Agency for the Prevention of Blindness (IAPB) and the Queen Elizabeth Diamond Jubilee Trust (QEDJT). Ronald holds an MBA in Global Business and Sustainability from the Catholic University of Milan and is a certified Project Management Professional. He has served as Secretary to the board of directors of the Kenyan chapter of the Project Management Institute (PMI), where he was voted Runners Up for Volunteer of the Year in 2021.
