Phylis has over 10 years experience of practical and transferable experience in managing Programs, Operations, and Administrative procedures with International NGOs, Governmental and private sector for USAID and FCDO multi-donor agencies in governance and healthcare system strengthening settings, among others. Phylis is passionate about coordinating teams and in the management of reducing potential blindness, especially to the vulnerable communities around the globe.
