Bilal supports the delivery of programmes using Peek in multiple countries, including Pakistan and South Africa. He has extensive and diverse experience of managing eye health programmes in the public and private sector, with expertise in training and advocacy. Bilal has a keen interest in research and communications, and his articles have been published in peer reviewed journals. He holds an MSc in Development Studies from the Open University, UK and Master of Business Administration from the Hamdard University, Pakistan, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Sciences. Bilal is passionate about inclusion, creativity and diversity in the programme management cycle.
