She has extensive experience in international development and eye health, with a background spanning global NGOs and complex operating environments. Her work includes leading organisational change, strengthening governance, and building corporate partnerships to extend impact. Prior to joining Peek, she held senior leadership roles across international NGOs, most recently at Combat Blindness International.
