Cynthia is a Software Trainer and Design Lead at Peek Vision, where she co-leads training strategies to strengthen partner capacity and expand access to quality eye health services. She works with NGOs, governments, and hospitals across Africa and Asia to support the effective use of Peek software for screening and programme improvement. Cynthia holds a BSc (Hons) in Health Information Management and is currently pursuing an MBA, with experience in digital health systems, training, and quality assurance.
