Caroline leads Peek Vision’s Global Office Services & Support (GLOSS) function, establishing the operational infrastructure, systems, and processes that enable our distributed teams to collaborate effectively at scale. She partners across regions to ensure our people have the tools, environments, and support they need to deliver high-impact work. Before joining Peek, Caroline led operations and logistics for multi-country programmes across Africa, driving improvements in coordination, procurement, and organisational efficiency to ensure teams could deliver their objectives smoothly. She is passionate about creating supportive, scalable, and people-centred operations that enable everyone at Peek to do their best work.
