You'll be joining our Programmes Team which helps our partners around the world use Peek Solutions to provide more effective eye health services to more people. You will be accountable for delivering programmes alongside partnership and implementation team members. You will also be responsible for continuously improving our practices, based on the evidence derived from each project. You will be familiar with project management, deployment processes (especially in low and middle income settings), relationship building and evidence gathering. You’ll be joining our Training & Support team to build, improve and deliver second line support services and participate in quality manual testing for software quality assurance. This role will aim to develop our software technical support function by ensuring our partners receive quick responses to software fixes, issues and bugs. Additionally, the role will aim to improve local testing techniques by encouraging efficiency in testing and the adoption of good practices. As well as working with members of the Training & Support team, this role will work with developers and colleagues from other teams to improve the strength and efficiency of our delivery process. Working closely with the Head of Marketing & Development you will co-design and deliver the fundraising strategy, helping to secure Peek's financial sustainability. As the Fundraising Lead, you will be responsible for growing our portfolio of gifts and grants from individuals, trusts & foundations, the public and the private sector. You will be an ambitious and creative team player. The role will include an element of impact reporting as we know that telling the compelling story about how Peek contributes to restoring sight and preventing sight loss is key to securing and sustaining support.
