Royal demo for Peek Retina

Her Royal Highness The Countess of Wessex took a photo of the back of an eye using Peek Retina during a visit to eye health programmes in Malawi last week.

Peek wins international Design Award

“Peek wins INDEX: Award 2015 partly because the portable, user-friendly, low-cost design solution is one significant step towards achieving the 66th World Health Assembly Action Plan, which aims to achieve a global reduction of avoidable visual impairments of 25 percent by 2019”, said the international INDEX: Award Jury.

Peek Acuity app works as well as charts

Tests in patients’ homes found that Peek Acuity produced results to a clinical level equivalent to the much larger and more expensive standard electricity dependent chart – the average difference being the equivalent of less than one line on an eye chart.
